California. State Library. Sutro Library [Note: Reduced Hours and Temporary Closure]
This spring, the Sutro Library--one of America's premier genealogical, local history, and special collections libraries--will move into permanent quarters for the first time in its 100 year history. The Sutro Library will relocate to the 5th and 6th floors of the newly-renovated J. Paul Leonard Library on the campus of San Francisco State University. The renovated building will be known as the J. Paul Leonard and Sutro Libraries. (Full Record)
